About The Position

We are looking for an Operations Support Clerk to join our team in Saskatoon, SK. This position provides administrative and operational support to Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and field teams to ensure projects and operational activities are documented, tracked, and supported effectively. The role focuses on coordinating project‑related administrative tasks, maintaining records and documentation, and supporting internal processes that enable timely and accurate project execution. Working closely with the PMO, Field Services, Engineering, and Technical Support teams, the Operations Support Clerk helps maintain organization, consistency, and visibility across projects and operational activities.

Requirements

  • Post‑secondary education or diploma in Administration, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative, operations support, or project coordination role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn and work within project tracking and ticketing systems.
  • Strong organizational and data‑management skills.
  • Organization & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and consistently.
  • Communication: Ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders.
  • Team Support: Willingness to assist where needed in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting projects or field‑based operations is an asset.
  • Experience working in a PMO or project‑based organization.
  • Experience supporting construction, maintenance, or field services environments.
  • Familiarity with ticketing or workflow systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for projects and operational activities.
  • Assist with setup, updates, and maintenance of project‑related information and records.
  • Support internal requests related to project administration and operational coordination.
  • Ensure required documentation is completed, organized, and accessible to stakeholders.
  • Support project task and timecard setup to ensure accurate tracking of effort and costs.
  • Assist with preparation and distribution of routine project, maintenance, or operational status reports.
  • Help maintain data accuracy across project tracking and reporting tools.
  • Respond to internal inquiries related to project and operational data.
  • Assist with preparation, organization, and submission of project documentation and deliverables.
  • Support document control practices to ensure PMO and operational documents remain current.
  • Help maintain compliance with internal procedures and documentation standards.
  • Provide support for audit or review requests by locating and organizing documentation.
  • Support updates to procedures, checklists, and working instructions.
  • Participate in identifying opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes.
  • Assist with testing or rollout of new tools, systems, or process changes.
  • Provide general support to the PMO and Project Managers as needed.
