About The Position

AllState Sprinkler is currently seeking an Operations Support Administrator that is well organized, goal oriented and has excellent communication skills. This role involves managing customer interactions, scheduling appointments, data entry, and supporting various divisions within the company.

Requirements

  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and an honest, genuine drive.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Call a large customer database to schedule appointments.
  • Obtain information from customers for necessary inspections.
  • Perform data entry of customer information.
  • Develop daily routes by geographic area that meet revenue expectations.
  • Answer customer calls to schedule inspections, repairs, and emergency services.
  • Contact customers to explain repair quotes, the necessity for code compliance, and obtain written approval for repairs.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer contact regarding non-compliances within a specified time to protect the company from liability and inform customers of life safety risks.
  • Enter contracts for new customers using Salesforce and ServiceTrade programs.
  • Assist the accounts receivable division as needed.
  • Assist the sales division as needed.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
