About The Position

The Operations Supervisor is an integral part of the operations team. They oversee many aspects of the day-to-day operations including but not limited to ensuring the operators follow proper safety protocol, onboarding and training new operators, and customer service to clients. The employee will be required to complete the Badger Operations Leadership Training (BOLT) program prior to transitioning into the Supervisor role. Salary will be paid during BOLT and will take approximately 6 months to complete.

Requirements

  • Must have supervisory experience
  • Previous experience required in one of the following areas: Vacuum, Pump Trucks Commercial Underground Construction, Oil and Gas, Underground Utility, Waste, Equipment Rental, Trucking / Fleet Management
  • Valid CDL (preferred)
  • Mechanical skills (preferred)
  • Sales experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with dispatching units and schedule projects on a daily basis
  • Communicate with clients, with a customer service focus on a daily basis
  • Assist with project related biddings and proposal
  • Support and improved business development on a daily basis
  • Reviewing operator’s daily paperwork (Daily trip ticket, FLRA, DOT logs)
