This role is designed for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn, who enjoy interacting with people and building relationships. The Operations Leadership Trainee will participate in hands-on training and mentoring to learn all profit center jobs and develop skills for a leadership role. The trainee will actively pursue opportunities to understand all aspects of the business, lead by example, and effectively communicate, influence, and persuade customers, teammates, and vendors. The role requires meeting training goals, mastering job positions, demonstrating operational excellence, acquiring comprehensive product knowledge, assuming responsibility, and making a positive impact on the Profit Center. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, operating warehouse equipment, assisting customers, and completing safety training.
