About The Position

GXO is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its supply chain operations to lead a team and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. The role is on the third shift, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. The supervisor helps create a positive work environment, encourages strong performance, and supports efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

The position requires availability for a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime that may include weekends. Work takes place in warehouse environments that may be hot or cold and includes physical activity such as lifting, standing, walking, reaching, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting, and kneeling.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime that may include weekends.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to reach, including above the head, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.
