About The Position

GXO is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations, to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and encourage the team to improve performance. The role is scheduled for the weekend third shift, Friday through Monday, 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. The supervisor ensures efficient warehouse operations, supports customer service and quality, and implements continuous improvement actions.

The position requires the ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel; handle or manage tools or equipment; and tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments. Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to reach (including above the head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.
