PT Seasonal Operations Supervisor
About The Position
The Operations Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role establishes and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and builds working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. This is a seasonal position in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The supervisor manages department resources, supports employee training and development, and ensures compliance with safety policies and applicable department, station, corporate, and local government requirements. The listed base pay range is $26.25 to $42.65 per hour, varying by market and job-related factors.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
- Facilitate training for new and current employees.
- Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures and operate in compliance with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
- Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
