About The Position

This seasonal, part-time position supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The Operations Supervisor maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and builds productive working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The supervisor supports employee development through orientation, skills and safety training, materials and information, evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans. The role also manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency, while fostering a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
