About The Position

This seasonal, part-time position supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The Operations Supervisor sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The position manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency, while promoting a positive, team-oriented environment and the continuing professional development of department employees.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitate training for new and current employees.
• Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures and comply with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
