About The Position

The Operations Supervisor at SELIG PARKING oversees the day-to-day operations of parking facilities, ensuring efficient service delivery and high standards of customer service. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in operations management or supervisory roles.
Proven ability to manage teams and improve operational efficiency.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to analyze operational data and implement strategic improvements.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
