About The Position

AMIRI is seeking an organized Operations Supervisor for its retail location at the Wynn. The role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and maintaining store inventory, and works closely with the Operations Manager to oversee back-of-house processes and ensure inventory accuracy. The position also involves supporting order fulfillment, assisting the sales team, maintaining safe and orderly work areas, and carrying out keyholder opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar role, preferably in retail.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic math skills for inventory counting and reconciliation.
Knowledge of inventory management software or willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar role in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

Receive merchandise shipments and verify incoming stock against invoices or manifests.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and assist with inventory reconciliation.
Pick, pack, and ship orders as needed, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Keep the stockroom and work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Assist the sales team with locating products and answering product-related questions.
Collaborate with sales associates, managers, and other team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
Follow company policies and procedures for inventory management, safety, and store operations.
Perform keyholder opening and closing procedures.
