About The Position
The Coordinator Marketing Encore engages with guests and potential Owners, provides elevated customer service, offers specially priced trial membership packages, and communicates the benefits of trial ownership and special offers. The position is responsible for delivering service that exceeds budgeted sales presentation and volume production goals. The role also involves welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating and addressing their needs, interacting professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests, contributing to team goals, and following company policies and safety procedures. A real estate license may be required at some locations depending on state laws. The position may require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements.
