The Operations Specialist position focuses on building relationships between our clients and healthcare professionals, ensuring shifts are filled and patient care is met. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
High level of confidentiality
Detail-oriented
Excellent organization, computer, and communication skills
Ability to type at least 30 WPM
Employee will be expected to be in 100% attendance during the entire portion of the four week new hire orientation and training.

The role of a Staffing Specialist may require night and weekend shifts to be worked as business needs arise

Responsibilities

Support to our healthcare professionals: On a daily basis, you will work with our healthcare professionals to motivate them in finding and booking into shift opportunities at facilities with staffing shortages. You will train our healthcare professionals on how to best manage their online schedule. You will provide above and beyond positive energy while frequently interacting with our healthcare professionals via phone calls, text messages, and email. Our healthcare professionals put their trust in you, so you will mentor them through any issues or complaints they bring forward.
Support to our healthcare facilities: Determination is the name of the game! You will coordinate schedules and fill staffing needs for primarily long-term care facilities to ensure they are fully staffed. You will train our facilities on how to best manage their online portal. You will serve as the go-to individual for our facilities, upselling and educating them on GrapeTree procedures and our staffing solutions. You will provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships, always.
