Operations Specialist, Commercial Operations Specialist
About The Position
This role offers a unique opportunity to participate and build regulated drone delivery operations by working cross functionally with Flight Operations and being a part of the Ground Operations team. The specialist will identify operational risk and escalate safety-critical matters to the Ground Operations Lead. They will assist in all operational tasks outside of flight, such as Drone Drop Spots, manual data collection, and merchant launch readiness. The role also involves working on other Commercial Operations associated tasks assigned by management. The specialist will support the Commercial Ground Operations team in assigned tasks and collaborate with software and hardware teams to provide structured operational feedback on production systems and tools. They will also work closely with Flight Operations and support on the ground.

Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial Ground Operations team in assigned tasks
- Collaborate with software and hardware teams to provide structured operational feedback on production systems and tools
- Work closely with Flight Operations & support on the ground

- Assisting in all operational tasks outside of flight - ex. Drone Drop Spots, manual data collection, merchant launch readiness, etc.
- Working on other Commercial Operations associated tasks assigned by mgmt
