About The Position

The Operations Specialist supports the execution of workflows and operational processes that help Generator Health expedite access to critical medications. The role involves interacting directly with systems and procedures that affect patients’ and providers’ experiences, learning and applying complex operational processes, and addressing operational hurdles in healthcare. The specialist will build expertise in medication access and affordability and work through real-world prescription access and coordination scenarios. This is a full-time, in-person position in Phoenix, Arizona.

Requirements

• Experience in a role requiring analytical problem-solving, operational rigor, and ownership of outcomes.
• Ability to deal effectively with ambiguous problems.
• Ability to quickly learn complex technology tools and work with data.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply complex operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute workflows and operational processes that support access to critical medications.
• Work with doctors’ offices, insurance companies, affordability programs, and pharmacies to help prescriptions get processed efficiently.
• Use proprietary software tools to carry out operational workflows.
• Adapt and optimize operational processes.
• Build an understanding of how AI is applied to workflows across healthcare.
• Address operational hurdles and complex scenarios involving prescription access and coordination.
