About The Position
This full-time, in-person Operations Specialist role in Phoenix, Arizona, supports the execution of workflows and operational processes that help Generator Health expedite access to critical medications. The work involves directly using systems and procedures that affect patients’ and providers’ experiences. The position requires quickly learning and applying complex operational processes, resolving operational challenges in healthcare, and developing specialized knowledge to improve efficiency and quality. The specialist will handle real-world situations involving prescription access and coordination. They will work with doctors’ offices, insurance companies, affordability programs, and pharmacies; use proprietary software to carry out and optimize workflows; and build an understanding of how AI is applied to healthcare workflows.
Requirements
