The Role This is not a desk job, and it is not for everyone. As an Operations Specialist, you will be the right-hand person to our leadership team, helping run operations across the entire company. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our C-Suite, parachute into markets when they need attention, build and improve the systems that keep us running, and help integrate new communities and acquisitions as we grow. There is no "normal day" here. One day you're reviewing payroll and building a new process; the next you're on a 6 AM flight to stabilize a market or pulling a route at 3 AM to make sure a community is covered. You must be fluid, resourceful, and comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity. This will be a difficult role. It will also be one of the most rewarding of your career - with a clear path to Senior Operations Specialist after 12 months and leadership positions from there.
