Our Home Office is conveniently located in Fort Washington, PA, just outside of Philadelphia. Basic Function: Reconciliation of all other electronically transmitted accounts. Update the AS400 system and take steps to correct both internal and external processing errors. Establish and maintain relationships with providers. Additional responsibilities include follow-ups for all unconfirmed financial transactions and other project-based activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with reconciliation of financial and non-financial data across multiple systems.
  • Strong understanding of mutual fund processing procedures.
  • High level of detail and organization skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Prioritization and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and/or related experience.

  • Strong knowledge of AS400 systems

  • Series 6 preferred

Responsibilities

  • Daily review of all reports resulting from daily activity in accounts in electronic relationship products.
  • Work with providers (mutual fund and insurance) and/or internal operations departments to bring about resolution of problems identified from the reports processed daily.
  • Identify potential recurring problems that may indicate larger scale issues and suggest procedural and/or processing practice changes to the Department Manager.
  • Review assigned outstanding Work Items in the Provider Management Workflow queue; initiate action(s) to resolve and close the Work Items.
  • Process all assigned requests for account and transaction issues through Account Central and ZenDesk and monitor the status of outstanding requests.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Provide assistance and research to the Operations and Service departments regarding the reconciliation process and errors reports.
  • Advise Department Manager of issues identified during reconciliation that require changes in operational procedures.
  • Act as relationship liaison for providers assigned and distribute provider events as needed to Ops and Sales staff.
