The position requires bilingual proficiency in English, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies, process modeling, documentation management in a regulated environment, and operational data analysis is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are also required. The role involves standard office equipment use, with potential for occasional lifting.
