About The Position

The Operations Specialist role at TransLoop involves developing rapport with customer and facility contacts at a coordinator/scheduler level. The primary responsibility is to build and schedule shipments as they are tendered and accepted, manage the load board, and communicate effectively with internal teams. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, attention to detail, operational drive, and strong organizational skills. The Operations Specialist will be key in building relationships with customer/facility contacts to ensure smooth operations for specific accounts and business segments. Maximizing revenue, streamlining processes, and meeting customer service KPIs are paramount. This is a high-impact position responsible for providing accurate information and optimal transit details to all stakeholders involved in a shipment.

Requirements

Relevant supply chain, sales or customer service experience
Proven track record of managing accounts, building shipments, tracking shipments, and being a high performer
Experience in managing high volume and multifaceted accounts
Strong writing, organizational, and speaking skills
Organization, Organization, Organization. Did we say you need GREAT organization skills?

Nice To Haves

Logistics experience preferred, but not required
Experience operating in 3PL, Transportation, or Tech

Responsibilities

Build relationships and develop rapport with customer contacts on a coordinator level to ensure they feel their business is supported.
Build, schedule, and track shipments for select accounts.
Escalate delays in transit and any other issues that could impact service to sales representatives and/or customer contacts.
Instill general organization/order regarding load board management from tender to invoicing.
Work in sync with Account Growth Manager to ensure operational efficiency and customer service.
