About The Position

This role supports on-site drone delivery operations. You will not be flying drones. Instead, you’ll handle ground tasks that make each delivery possible—picking up prepared food orders from local merchants, transporting them to the drone site, loading drones, and ensuring each handoff is accurate and safe. This job requires your own reliable vehicle to pick up food orders from restaurants and bring them to the drone launch site.

Requirements

A reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Comfort working outdoors and on your feet.
A steady, dependable work ethic—punctual, detail-minded, and safety-first.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in an emerging operation.
Strong communication and professionalism with merchants, teammates, and the public.
NDA and MVR required.

Responsibilities

Pick up food orders from assigned merchants and transport them to the drone site using your personal vehicle.
Carefully prepare and load orders into drones, ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety.
Support smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-moving test environment.
Identify issues, share observations, and provide clear feedback that helps improve processes and technology.
Follow all safety protocols and site procedures with precision.
Maintain an organized, efficient workflow that keeps the operation on schedule.
Stay flexible and proactive as processes evolve.
Work closely with a small, mission-driven team that values trust, accountability, and consistency.
Help reinforce a strong operational culture through communication, reliability, and hands-on teamwork.
Serve as the eyes and ears on the ground—reporting observations to engineers, operators, and cross-functional partners.
Represent the client positively when interacting with merchants and community members.
