Come be a part of this journey with us as we champion lives! OneAmerica Securities is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Broker-Dealer Operations Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the broker-dealer’s books and records in compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a key role in processing business transactions and supporting the operational integrity of our broker-dealer platform.

Requirements

  • 2+ year's experience customer service required.
  • High School Diploma required, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members and internal partners.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree or work experience lieu preferred (insurance, operations, call center, investments or financial services).
  • Familiarity with broker-dealer operations and regulatory requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial review and data entry of new account forms, applications, and checks.
  • Process and forward direct securities applications and checks to appropriate financial service providers.
  • Execute account maintenance tasks, including customer account reassignment and updates.
  • Assist in resolving transaction processing errors and discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases to support broker-dealer operations and regulatory compliance.
