About The Position

The Operations Talent Acquisition Manager is a hands-on leader accountable for hiring results and candidate experience across an assigned region. Partnering with Regional leaders, this role sets priorities, removes roadblocks, and leads recruiters to fill critical Operations roles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (Operations/field and/or multi-site roles).
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience with proven coaching and accountability.
  • Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced recruiting with strong stakeholder partnership and communication.
  • Ability to travel up to 2–3 times per month (may be adjusted based on business needs).

Nice To Haves

  • High-volume field and/or transition, acquisition, or integration hiring experience.
  • Experience prioritizing job ad strategy/spend and building pipelines (schools/programs, community, or industry partnerships).
  • Experience using ATS and recruiting data to monitor pipeline health and hiring performance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver regional hiring outcomes across Operations roles; manage 10–15 open requisitions and fill 100+ positions annually (may vary by business need/seasonality).
  • Partner with Regional leaders to set hiring priorities, align on selection strategy, and remove bottlenecks through timely decisions.
  • Run regular hiring update meetings; provide clear reporting on pipeline health, progress, key outcomes, and barriers requiring support.
  • Lead Transition hiring for the region, including coordination and execution of meet & greets, interviews, and offers; ensure timely candidate/stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure in-person TA coverage for Transition events by deploying team members onsite; travel up to 2–3 times per month (may be adjusted based on business needs).
  • Strengthen talent attraction: write/approve accurate, compelling job ads; prioritize roles for job ad spend; and activate referrals.
  • Build pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles (including partnerships with vocational/technical schools and other programs) and drive creative sourcing approaches.
  • Lead, coach, and develop recruiters; set clear expectations, reinforce process and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement using data and feedback.
