We’re looking for an Office Operations & Recruiting Manager to support daily office functions while helping drive a positive candidate experience. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to both business operations and recruiting.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of administrative or recruiting experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in operations and HR

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish Speaking preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative processes
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and internal logistics
  • Post job openings and help manage candidate pipelines
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
