About The Position

Apricot is on a mission to revolutionize the home health industry by tackling one of the biggest challenges faced by nurses: excessive paperwork. Right now, home health nurses spend more than half of their time documenting care — time that could be spent with patients instead. That burden fuels burnout, limits access to care, and leaves both nurses and operators frustrated. We believe nurses deserve better. Our AI-powered platform dramatically reduces the time it takes to complete Start of Care documentation, giving nurses back hours in their day. That means better care for patients, more sustainable staffing for agencies, and more energy for the work that matters most. At Apricot, we’re building more than a tool — we’re reimagining how documentation works, starting with the users who feel it most. And we’re doing it in close partnership with the agencies, clinicians, and QA teams we serve.

As our Recruiting & Operations Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of hiring, employee experience, and daily operations. You will help shape who joins the company, how candidates experience us, and how smoothly our internal environment runs. This role will play a key role in helping Apricot scale by driving recruiting execution across the company while supporting critical operational and People initiatives. You’ll help manage the hiring process end-to-end for select roles, create an exceptional candidate experience, and bring structure to the operational workflows that support a fast-growing team. You will serve as a cultural touchpoint — shaping how candidates and employees experience Apricot.

Requirements

• Recruiting-Experienced: You’ve supported or owned recruiting workflows before and understand how to manage candidate pipelines with structure and discipline.
• Culture Builder: You understand that how things feel matters. You bring positive energy, thoughtfulness, and high standards to the candidate and employee experience.
• Strong Communicator: You communicate professionally and confidently with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.

• Detail-Oriented: Small mistakes bother you. You double-check calendars, emails, and documentation because precision matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for select roles from sourcing through offer stage, with support and partnership from People Operations leadership.
• Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, scheduling, and communication across multiple open roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to move searches forward efficiently and deliver strong hiring outcomes
• Maintain structured, organized recruiting pipelines and ATS workflows
• Create a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting process improvements as the company scales
• Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire experience
• Ensure the office runs smoothly and professionally
• Champion our company culture by fostering a thoughtful, connected, and high-energy team environment
• Own catering logistics and internal events
• Liaise with building management for parking, visitors, and deliveries
• Help create a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for employees and visitors
