About The Position

The Operations Processor 4 is responsible for processing incoming return items, conducting transaction research, and supporting exception processing activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to four years or more of operations services related work experience
• Strong PC skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation
• Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.
