Operations Processor - Cash Vault
About The Position
U.S. Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cash Vault Processor to join its operations team. This production-based role accurately processes cash deposits for commercial and internal customers and is strictly non-customer-facing, focusing on back-end processing in a secure cash-handling environment. The role involves counting, sorting, and balancing large volumes of currency; following established procedures, compliance standards, security protocols, and internal controls; resolving discrepancies; and meeting daily production and accuracy goals. The position is production-focused and may involve repetitive tasks and handling large volumes of cash. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to repeatedly move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic math and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
- Accurately process and verify cash deposits for commercial and internal accounts.
- Count, sort, and balance large volumes of currency in a high-volume production environment.
