About The Position

Join a team responsible for processing and safeguarding Treasury bond transactions that impact customers nationwide. In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring financial records are handled accurately, securely, and efficiently while supporting a high-volume operation that delivers exceptional service and compliance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four years or more of operations services related work experience
  • Successful completion of a Government Agency Clearance (GAC) prior to the start date. Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain this clearance as a condition of employment.
  • Strong PC skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Process Treasury bond redemption transactions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review, validate, and enter critical financial information into internal systems to ensure timely processing.
  • Independently manage work from a shared production queue and prioritize tasks to meet service level expectations.
  • Operate imaging and document-capture technology, including the Falcon imaging system, to support digital record management.
  • Sort, organize, and prepare bond documentation for processing and archival.
  • Identify discrepancies, research exceptions, and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Maintain compliance with government regulations, security requirements, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to support workflow efficiency and continuous process improvement.
