About The Position

We are seeking an Operations Optimization Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that streamline workflows, drive accountability, and scale operational excellence across our fast-growing organization. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role blends strategic insight with hands-on execution to identify inefficiencies, lead cross-functional projects, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll be the engine behind operational transformation, rolling up your sleeves to map processes, rally teams, and delivering measurable results that support our mission and momentum.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, continuous improvement, or program management, ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects, influence cross-functional teams, and drive execution without formal authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with dashboards, metrics, and root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Agile, or continuous improvement methodologies (formal certification a plus but not required).
  • Proficiency in business process automation tools & practices (i.e. Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier and Workato).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to translate strategy into action and bring people along.

  • Formal certification in Lean, Agile, or continuous improvement methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution by setting clear ownership, timelines, and deliverables across teams
  • Hold teams accountable to KPIs, reporting standards, and system usage
  • Identify gaps, remove blockers, and ensure work gets completed
  • Build and document workflows, SOPs, and operational processes
  • Translate company priorities into actionable plans and milestones
  • Track performance, analyze bottlenecks, and improve execution
  • Coordinate across teams to maintain momentum on key initiatives
  • Step in and execute directly when needed to keep work moving
