About the team: The Rewards & My Metrics team leads the strategy and execution of the Spark Driver Rewards program and driver tier metrics within Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery organization. This team connects drivers with key performance standards to enhance customer experience and delivery quality. Collaborating across Product, UX, Engineering, Analytics, and other departments, the team ensures accurate and transparent delivery of rewards and metrics. Their efforts directly impact critical business outcomes by driving driver retention and improving service standards, supporting Walmart’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction through strategic and data-driven initiatives.
