About The Position

Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR
  • 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR
  • 2 years general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Initiates, directs, and participates in community outreach programs.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by holding associates accountable, analyzing reports, implementing asset protection and safety controls, maintaining quality assurance, overseeing safety reviews, and developing action plans.
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, listening, assigning duties, evaluating performance, and providing recognition.
  • Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards.
  • Manages and supports customer service initiatives, ensuring customer needs and complaints are resolved.
  • Assists the store manager in driving the financial performance of the facility by ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved, reviewing P&L statements, controlling expenses, and developing action plans for financial improvement.
  • Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing stakeholder relationships, supporting initiatives, identifying goals, building accountability, and measuring progress.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Builds high-performing teams, embraces differences, creates a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected, and creates opportunities for all associates to thrive.
