About The Position

The Operations Manager (Non-Complex) role involves initiating, directing, and participating in community outreach programs, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing supervision and development opportunities for associates. This role also focuses on driving financial performance, coordinating job-related activities, and upholding company values. The manager will lead by example in customer service, operational reviews, and strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of belonging and continuous improvement.

Requirements

2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

Initiates, directs, and participates in community outreach programs.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by holding associates accountable, analyzing reports, implementing asset protection and safety controls, maintaining quality assurance, overseeing safety and operational reviews, and developing action plans.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance, and providing recognition.
Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards.
Assists the store manager in driving the financial performance of the facility by ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved, controlling expenses, and developing plans to correct deficiencies.
Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing relationships with stakeholders, supporting initiatives, identifying goals, building accountability, and measuring progress.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Works collaboratively, builds strong and trusting relationships, and communicates with impact, energy, and positivity.
Attracts and retains talent, empowers and develops talent, and recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.
