Camping World is seeking an Operations Manager for our growing team. This role is responsible for maximizing installation sales, installation fees, and service fees by ensuring quality and timely product installations and repairs. The Operations Manager will supervise daily Service Department activities and shop personnel, providing support with technical installations and training employees on new products and safety procedures. This position involves monitoring and reviewing work schedules, customer feedback, technician productivity, and labor control reports, as well as tracking monthly departmental results and reviewing the departmental budget with the Service Manager. The Operations Manager will ensure productivity standards are met and provide comprehensive customer service from start to finish. Additional duties may include answering phones, performing miscellaneous tasks, and cross-training for other roles.
