About The Position

Nonprofits First is seeking a detail-driven Operations Manager to oversee internal operations and support our mission of strengthening nonprofits across Palm Beach County. This role reports directly to the President & CEO and serves as the backbone of the organization, coordinating administrative systems, programs, IT, policies, and cross-team operations in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. This is a meaningful leadership role with visible community impact within a supportive, values-driven nonprofit culture.

Requirements

  • Associate degree (or equivalent experience) and 3 years of administrative/operations experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Nonprofit experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative leadership across the organization
  • Support CEO, board, and committee activities
  • Manage internal systems, policies, records, and reporting
  • Handle administrative components of the capacity-building program
  • Oversee IT coordination, vendors, revenue-partnerships, and office operations
  • Support agency Accreditation efforts and major events
