About The Position

The Part-Time Seasonal Operations Manager - Nights leads a team of associates, motivating them to accomplish departmental goals and engaging them throughout a shift to maintain high standards for safety, quality, attendance, and performance. The role provides the team with the leadership and tools needed for success and uses a People First philosophy to meet daily departmental objectives for Safety, Service, Quality, and Cost. The position is onsite and in office at the Litchfield Park, Arizona distribution center.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1–2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or relevant environment.
Ability to work any shift.
Ability to walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 65 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree.
Experience working with a warehouse management system.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team, demonstrating communication, inclusiveness, and collaboration.
Provide leadership, direction, training, and guidance to associates.
Manage the productivity, accuracy, and efficiency of distribution staff.
Meet required metrics and set new standards as the operation progresses.
Manage third-party relationships with the delivery provider and the operation’s performance metrics.
Develop and execute plans to meet KPIs for safety, service, cost, and inventory integrity.
Maintain associate attendance and performance records.
Hold self and others accountable in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
