About The Position
The Operations Manager (Non-Complex) role involves initiating and directing community outreach programs, ensuring compliance with company policies, providing supervision and development for associates, and driving the financial performance of the facility. This role requires coordinating job-related activities, building relationships with stakeholders, and promoting a culture of belonging and continuous improvement. The Operations Manager will model exceptional customer service, assist in controlling expenses, and analyze economic trends for budget forecasting. They will also uphold the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, acting with integrity and serving customers by putting them first and making data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
