About The Position

The Operations Manager role involves initiating and directing community outreach programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing supervision and development opportunities for associates. This role also focuses on driving financial performance, coordinating job-related activities, and upholding company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Requirements

2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
