About The Position

The Operations Manager role involves initiating and directing community outreach programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing supervision and development opportunities for associates. This role also focuses on driving financial performance, coordinating job-related activities, and upholding company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. The position emphasizes respecting individuals by building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of belonging, and acting with integrity by maintaining high ethical standards. The role also focuses on serving customers by putting them first and making data-driven decisions, and striving for excellence by embracing continuous improvement and new technologies.

Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

  • Assists store manager in driving the financial performance of the Facility.
  • Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
