About The Position

The Operations Manager is the operational backbone of a project delivery team embedded with a single, long-term healthcare client. The role partners with the PDS account leader and account leadership to own the operating model for how the team and client departments work together; manage program management, funding, and reporting disciplines for a large capital portfolio; and support account growth by translating delivery performance into new scope and opportunities. The position builds repeatable systems—including playbooks, forums, KPIs, dashboards, and operational assets—and ensures issues are surfaced early, clearly owned, and resolved at the appropriate level. It calls for a connector and builder who can work across data, vendors, and executive audiences, earning trust through clarity, follow-through, and sound judgment. The Operations Manager oversees monthly capital funding requests and approval handoffs; develops and improves operating models, governance, playbooks, and standard work; tracks program, project, and resource KPIs and supports business intelligence reporting; and manages vendor performance and scorecards. The role also leads department initiatives, coordinates training and onboarding, maintains program-level oversight of scope, schedule, budget, cash flow, and risk, and facilitates cross-department collaboration with JLL and client stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include preparing executive presentations and proposals, maintaining account collateral and the department SharePoint site, and partnering with account leadership on business development, proposals, pipeline tracking, and account health.
