Under the direction of the Branch Manager, the Operations Manager will lead and manage the branch office in providing quality service to members in account transactions, loan applications, and new accounts. This role involves effectively managing and coaching branch staff to follow the Credit Union’s Member Service Standards, maintain accuracy in cash handling, and maintain sound operations within acceptable audit standards. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch while maintaining a positive and productive work environment by adhering to company standards. This role is the acting manager of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.
