About The Position

Wind Japanese & Thai is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead its restaurant team and help deliver an exceptional dining experience. The Operations Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, supports and develops team members, and ensures service, food quality, staffing, and compliance standards are consistently met. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Requirements

At least 1 year of restaurant management experience in casual or fine dining.
Prior experience managing operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire front- and back-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service.
Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls.
Ensure compliance with food-safety standards, sanitation requirements, and applicable regulations.
Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Develop a positive, collaborative work environment through coaching and ongoing training.
Support onboarding, performance management, and team development.
Resolve operational challenges and guest concerns professionally and promptly.
Partner with management to improve efficiency, service consistency, and overall restaurant performance.
