About The Position

The Operations Manager role involves initiating and directing community outreach programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing supervision and development opportunities for associates. This role also focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving financial performance, and coordinating job-related activities. Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Initiates, directs, and participates in community outreach programs.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by holding associates accountable, analyzing reports, implementing asset protection and safety controls, maintaining quality assurance, overseeing safety reviews, and developing action plans.
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, listening, assigning duties, evaluating performance, and providing recognition.
  • Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards.
  • Assists the store manager in driving the financial performance of the facility by ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved, controlling expenses, and developing plans to correct deficiencies.
  • Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing stakeholder relationships, supporting plans, identifying goals, building accountability, and measuring progress.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Creates a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging.
  • Works collaboratively, builds strong and trusting relationships, and communicates with impact, energy, and positivity.
