About The Position

The Operations Manager Trainee (OMT) program is a structured, five-month leadership development program designed to prepare trainees for a front-line Operations Manager role. Training takes place in Moreno Valley, California, and most of the workday is spent in the field interacting with front-line employees. Trainees receive hands-on experience in leading employees, improving operational efficiency, supporting safety programs, increasing financial profitability, and improving customer satisfaction. After successful completion of the program, trainees transition into an Operations Manager position. In that role, they coach, mentor, and manage front-line employees, oversee daily route operations, and help ensure safety, performance, and service excellence. The role operates in a combination of office and plant/field environments and uses standard office equipment. The expected base salary range for this on-site position is $68,000–$80,000.
