As an Operations Manager Sr. within PNC Vendor Finance, you will be based in Toronto, Ontario. This position will reside in Canada and PNC will not assist with relocation or sponsorship of non-local candidates. The Operations Manager Sr. is responsible for overseeing documentation, compliance, and operational risk management for equipment leasing and finance transactions across Canada. This role requires deep expertise in secured lending documentation, provincial regulatory compliance, and strong leadership to ensure operational excellence while adhering to company policies and risk standards. The ideal candidate brings hands on experience with Personal Property Security Act (PPSA) requirements, Quebec Civil Code transactions, and insurance compliance, along with the ability to lead teams, improve processes, and make sound operational decisions in a fast paced environment. Requirements

  • University / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Defines the overall strategy for their business functional unit within operations.
