About The Position

As an Operations Manager, Pricing Management at Mercuryo, you will oversee day-to-day pricing operations, ensuring accuracy of financial metrics and smooth system performance. You’ll analyze data, test new hypotheses, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and profitability across our products in the Web3 and payments ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Tech or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience working in Analytics, Operations management, Project management or related role in consulting / audit / fintech / product / science field.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis, basic metrics.
  • Experience working with database engines/dashboards, including basic SQL knowledge.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, with superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong critical thinker with problem solving attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • Confident spoken and written English and Russian.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a transactional business (such as payments processing) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operation of the related IT systems and automation.
  • On a daily basis oversee product metrics and adjust admin settings accordingly.
  • Assist the team and partners on handling special cases, take a lead in investigation of the root cause.
  • Handle tech related issues on pricing management, including consulting of tech teams.
  • Analyze and lead the improvements of the business processes related to pricing management.
  • Assess the impact of pricing management on the revenue of a certain channel.
  • Test and assess new hypotheses related to pricing management.
  • Competitive analysis in the light of pricing.
  • Monitor and keep the related financial metrics within the set targets and boundaries, including costs, margin, profit etc.
  • Keeping the related product documentation and reporting full and up-to-date.
  • Assist in preparing the organization’s disaster recovery and business continuity plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties as required or assigned.
