The Operations Manager II is responsible for managing overall activities of the business to ensure success and profitability. He/She oversees the daily management of carrier and customer relations. The Operations Manager II develops sales strategies, conducts sales calls, and manages the proposal and negotiation process. This position oversees managers, supervisors, and specialists.
