This role is responsible for driving and implementing the business plan for their area of responsibility to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety. The Operations Manager will forecast staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands. They will prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements. This position involves monitoring and ensuring compliance with logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, and procedures. The role requires resolving associate, customer, and supplier concerns, and supervising and managing associates and leaders by providing direction, monitoring performance, offering feedback, and identifying training and development needs. The Operations Manager will also teach, support, and model company policies and procedures, and participate in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates, leaders, and managers.
