The Operations Manager is responsible for driving and implementing the business plan for their area of responsibility to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety. This role involves forecasting staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands. The Operations Manager will prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements. They will also monitor and ensure compliance with logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, and procedures. A key aspect of this role is supervising and managing associates and leaders, providing direction, monitoring performance, offering feedback, and identifying training and development needs. The Operations Manager will foster a culture of belonging, attract and retain talent, empower and develop individuals, and recognize contributions. They will act with integrity, maintaining high ethical standards and supporting Walmart's goal of becoming a regenerative company by making a positive impact on associates, customers, members, and the world.
