This position is responsible for driving and implementing the business plan for their area of responsibility to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety. They will forecast staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports to identify operational improvements. A key aspect is monitoring and ensuring compliance with logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, and procedures. The Operations Manager will resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns, and supervise and manage associates and leaders by providing direction, monitoring performance, offering feedback, and identifying training and development needs. This includes teaching, supporting, and modeling company policies and procedures, and participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates, leaders, and managers. The role emphasizes building high-performing teams, embracing diversity, creating a culture of belonging, and empowering associates to thrive.
