About The Position

The Eaton Development Program - Operations Management is a three-year program designed to cultivate future leaders in operations. Participants will undertake four unique assignments, including two 6-month assignments and two 12-month assignments, across Eaton's diverse businesses and locations. This program offers a personalized experience with opportunities for role exploration, strategic networking with senior leaders through mentorship, and global perspectives by requiring relocation to an endorsed Eaton site. Participants will gain hands-on manufacturing experience, potentially hold a manager of people position, earn Yellow and Green Belt certifications, and engage in a functional and leadership learning curriculum. Upon completion, the acquired experience and skills can lead to various leadership career paths within manufacturing and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering from an accredited institution, with a graduation date before August 2026.
  • Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8.
  • Minimum of one internship/co-op experience or an equivalent of 3 months of manufacturing experience completed at the time of this application (excluding research).
  • Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States.

Nice To Haves
