About The Position

We are currently hiring new Graduates for our full-time Management Development Program. At Noble, we are a network of the bright, the innovative, the flexible and the customer focused. As a participant in our Management Development Program, you'll be equipped with all the tools you need to launch your career and develop into a world-class leader. You’ll gain hands-on training, industry knowledge, and professional mentorship from experienced leaders who will guide and support you as you grow with us. Our Management Development Program is specifically designed for new and recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow into leadership roles at our profit centres. Over the course of the program, you’ll complete five phases that cover key areas of our business. Each phase is designed to build your skills and experience to prepare you for a leadership position in our extensive network. This job posting is for an existing vacancy. Requirements

• A University degree or Post-Graduate Certificate – all disciplines of study will be considered
• Strong leadership potential and a drive to motivate and inspire others
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Willingness to relocate within Ontario as needed
• A valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Learn the full cycle of our warehouse operations, including how product is received, stocked, picked and shipped to gain an understanding of how these processes impact our service commitment to customers.
• Gain experience with customer inquiries and processing orders where you’ll get to apply your product knowledge in a customer facing role.
• Gain insight into our quotations process and support customers through phone, email and the eCommerce platform.
• Learn from industry experts on how to tackle the market and hunt for new business while providing exceptional customer service to your account portfolio.
• Learn how to manage day-to-day profit centre operations and how to build, motivate and lead a team to deliver world-class results.
• Be a profit centre leader within Noble’s Ontario network, leading a team, managing operations, and driving profitable growth.
